General Cat Print by Maiden Voyage

General Scooter "Foxy" McGee (CAT) - Poster 12" x 18"

This design immortalizes General Scooter "Foxy" McGee who led his troops into battle at Davenport*. His stealthy ability to catch the enemy off guard earned him the nickname "Foxy", as well as an array of medals.

The ribbon below his portrait reads "Nine Lives to Live, Nine Lives to Give".

The truth behind the design: This design was inspired by a special cat, who we had the pleasure of knowing. He was indeed named Scooter "Foxy" McGee. Suffering from an enlarged heart, he unfortunately passed before his time. :'( We have immortalized his real life struggle in this design (please see chipped heart medal), which we hope will serve to remind all those who have loved and lost a pet of the positive impact those creatures have had on our lives.

*Davenport is an old nickname for a sofa.
