OUR RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your online order*, send back the item(s) in the same condition in which they were received within 30 days and we can get it processed for you once it has made its way safely back to us here in sunny Brighton.
Please note: If your package has been returned to us from the postal service because it was unclaimed / incorrect address provided etc you will be contacted and a second postage fee will be charged for re-delivery.

Fill out the returns form that came with your package and follow the instructions on delivery back to us.
If your order did not come with a returns form / you have misplaced it since receiving your items, please include a note with your full name, order number and the reason for return (whether to be exchanged or refunded) and send to the address below :
